No. Completing a Needs Assessment puts you under no obligation to purchase anything. The decision is entirely up to you as to whether you choose to engage any of the network service or product providers who respond to your request. How are ElderCarelink's providers screened?
If there are no providers in the ElderCarelink network that meet your requirements, ElderCarelink will promptly notify you. You will then have the option of either keeping your information in ElderCarelink's secure database or instructing them to permanently remove your information from their database. If you opt to have them maintain your information, they will notify you in the event that they expand the network at a later date to include providers that are right for your needs. What if we're not satisfied with the service we receive from the provider?
If I don't pay for this service, who does? ElderCarelink receives its fees from participating providers, allowing them to provide you with a high-quality matching service that is available at no cost to you. Posted November 2007 |
